You own the revenue, margin and overall growth trajectory of the VMS unit and steer core KPIs across channels and markets
You define and drive a clear growth strategy with explicit trade-offs and translate it into actionable plans
You partner with leadership and finance to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
You build and scale categories and make end-to-end portfolio decisions on where to play, what to scale and what to stop
You define and evolve the product and line architecture and turn consumer, product and commercial insights into clear growth bets
You ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, supply chain and commercial teams to drive execution
You define channel-specific strategies (DTC, B2B, Amazon) and execute across pricing, promotion, assortment, activation and full-funnel marketing
You lead a high-performing team and cross-functional setup, drive data-led performance with a strong ROI mindset, and create clarity through prioritization and resource allocation
Requirements
You bring 10+ years of experience across product marketing, category marketing, commercial roles, strategy consulting, or high-growth scale-up environments — ideally in sports nutrition, FMCG, VMS, or consumer health
You have a proven track record of owning and scaling business areas or categories with clear impact on revenue, margin and performance
You understand how to translate product, pricing, promotion and channel decisions into category-level outcomes
You have experience operating across multiple European markets and understand local differences in consumers, channels and execution
You ideally bring a background in top-tier consulting, leading FMCG, or high-performance e-commerce environments
You are fluent in English; German is a strong plus
