Responsible for partnering with claim professionals to assist customers.
Build customer relationships, complete financial transactions, manage important business information.
Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
Partner with claim professionals to assist with the timely resolution of claims.
Document claim files accurately, requests reports, and manage mail conditions.
Ensure the proper handling of financial transactions including claim payments.
Maintain accurate records and information management.
Assist with claim center financial standards and effective communication of findings.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of service-related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience utilizing computer technology such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software.
Ability to analyze and compare information to understand issues and explore alternative solutions.
Ability to remain energized and focused in the face of ambiguity, change or strenuous demands.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
Ability to seek out, build, foster and maintain productive working relationships to meet goals and achieve results.
