Operational Consolidation Phase (Short-Term): Consultative immersion in the company's data ecosystem to learn and execute daily and weekly closing routines, monitor commercial targets, and perform analytical tracking of key app conversion funnel metrics (Traffic/Sessions, Conversion, and Average Order Value/AOV).
Structural Analysis Phase (Mid-Term): Conduct in-depth sales and inventory diagnostics (drill-downs) to identify profitability bottlenecks by category or region. Evaluate commercial trade-offs by measuring the real financial impact of subsidized shipping, discount coupons, and price elasticity strategies directly on the financial result.
Analytical Storytelling and Cross-Functional Alignment: Consolidate datasets from multiple sources to craft executive narratives and clear reports, providing highly reliable inputs to support decision-making in meetings with Managers, Directors, and Senior Leadership (C-level).

Advanced Spreadsheet Skills (Excel / Google Sheets): Required proficiency in consolidation formulas and conditional logic (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic modeling).
Strong Logical and Relational Reasoning: Proven ability to structure, cross-reference, and validate large volumes of data from disparate sources, ensuring data accuracy prior to executive presentations.
Database Logic Knowledge (SQL): Familiarity with data extraction logic. As we adopt an AI-first culture, the role will be supported by licensed AI tools for query writing; however, the ability to interpret, audit, and validate the relational logic behind extracted data is mandatory.
Data Visualization: Understanding of structuring commercial reports and dashboards (BI tools or executive presentation software).
