Role Overview
Plays a key role in supporting the successful planning and execution of capital improvement projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules.
Responsible for independently managing schedules, performing basic schedule analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including management, engineering design, and construction, to ensure schedule integrity and performance.
Possesses a working knowledge of CPM/GPM scheduling theory and demonstrates the ability to communicate schedule insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project or program scheduling for large capital improvement programs required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related quantitative or technical field. Additional qualifying experience beyond the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
Advanced experience in software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), required.
Understanding the theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering and scheduling is required.
Effective oral and written communication is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
