Role Overview
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Concept, write, and design high-engaging multimedia content (copy, graphics, short-form video) tailored to each brand’s unique voice
- Maintain a strict content calendar
- Actively monitor internet culture, memes, and platform updates
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for your assigned brands
- Track key performance metrics and assist in compiling monthly reports
- Monitor channels daily, actively engaging with followers
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience managing social media platforms professionally (internship experience within an agency setting is highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Loomly)
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with short-form video editing (CapCut, in-app editors)
- Exceptional time-management skills
