- Development of content for HR, people and business audiences
- Creation of LinkedIn posts with strong hooks, clear perspectives and high relevance
- Development of formats with reach and conversion potential
- Community management, interaction & social-selling support
- Analysis: Which content generates reach, leads and conversations?
- Management of our Instagram community
- DMs, comments, story formats & community engagement
- Support in building a strong community around flexible work & careers
- Support with UGC, interview and community formats
- Content repurposing (e.g., podcast → LinkedIn → Reel → newsletter)
- Support with automations & AI-assisted content workflows (e.g., ManyChat, n8n)
- Testing new content and growth ideas
- Support with reporting & analytics
Requirements
- Experience with LinkedIn in a B2B context
- Understanding of how content creates both reach AND relevance
- Sense for viral hooks & modern B2B storytelling
- Experience in community management on Instagram
- Independent working style and willingness to experiment
- Interest in HR, the future of work, freelancing or platform models
- Experience with founder or personal-brand content
- Experience with analytics & reporting
- Experience with automations such as ManyChat or n8n
- Understanding of HR, recruiting or platform/marketplace models
- Experience with Canva and CapCut
