Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets going through full 3D pipeline (modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UV, etc.) in Unreal Engine 5;
Develop sets of plants for different biomes;
Analyze, plan, and collect references for the assets; work with concepts/references and according to the guideline;
Ensure a proper integration for every asset you create considering technical and gameplay constraints;
Obtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasks;
Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and/or in-house tools;
Coordinate with Senior and/or Lead Artists with mentoring Junior 3D Artists as well as sharing best project practices with them;
Contribute to the team-oriented environment
Requirements
Experience in vegetation modelling in game industry;
Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production (either 3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Speed Tree or Houdini);
Strong understanding of Texture creation tools (either Photoshop, Substance Designer or Substance Painter)
Experience in any Game Engine, such as Unreal Engine 5, Unity or others is a plus;
High-poly sculpting in Zbrush is a plus;
Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for game development;
Teamwork skills;
A creative, collaborative and innovative mindset;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
