About this role

Own, manage, convert, and enroll an assigned referral base of potential patients
Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain details about the program and enroll patients in Movn Health’s cardiac rehab program
Serve as the first point of contact for individuals who come to us by way of referral
Ensuring that the patient receives a detailed explanation of Movn Health’s services and benefits
Handle questioning and feedback within each encounter to those who are interested in enrolling
Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of patient appointments
Perform insurance verification as required to navigate patient questions related to coverage
Leverage internal teams to answer patient questions and resolve issues thoroughly
Work with Movn’s clinical staff and staff at referring physician offices to improve operational processes
Set up Movn patient-facing app as needed
Work within Movn’s EHR to coordinate care for patient

2+ years of experience in an inside sales B2C role or a patient scheduling/enrollment role at a physician practice
2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction
Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success
Background in Exercise Physiology
Bilingual in English & Spanish
