Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Technology organizations to enhance product performance, meet market demands, and support overall business objectives.
Execute sales and strategies to win in the marketplace and create new growth franchises for the company.
Leverage expertise to establish/formalize partnerships with customers in the defense market and provide market development support.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Technology Degree in Engineering, Polymers/Composite Materials, Materials Science or other related scientific or technical discipline.
3 years of experience in offering management, product management, composite manufacturing or product development.
Competence in relevant industries (composites, polymers, fibers), market research, and data analysis
Customer facing and global team collaboration experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully coordinating with supply chain, R&D, sales, and product management to develop/launch offerings.
MS degree in Engineering or MBA.
Experience with MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and SAP.
Ability to manage multiple programs of varying degrees of complexity.
Work with minimal supervision or within a team structure depending on the responsibilities of the project.
