Deliver client services, application support, and issue resolution across the Commercial Planning applications ecosystem
Perform administrative functions including application configuration, user setup, and security management
Communicate with end users and technology partners to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues
Analyze data issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop and execute resolution plans, escalating as needed to leadership and integration teams
Maintain and validate data integrity across Commercial Planning applications and reporting environments
Manage key commercial planning data sets such as Brand Manager assignments and Product Division structures, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
Evaluate large data sets to identify inconsistencies, conflicts, and opportunities for improvement
Compile, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to support business decision-making
Develop and monitor planning process KPIs, including data validation, error detection, and performance tracking
Identify and communicate data-related risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders
Support cross-functional teams including Finance, Commercial Intelligence, Trade Development, and Commercial Operations with tools, reporting, and data insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Technical Degree required
1 year of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field preferred
Strong ability to analyze large data sets and identify errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related analytical tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and resolve issues effectively
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Strong analytical and data evaluation skills with experience in data manipulation and organization
Experience with Business Objects or similar reporting tools
Ability to design automated processes, data validation checks, and monitoring mechanisms
Experience supporting enterprise applications and delivering user training programs
Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate / Flow
Visual storytelling and presentation design skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Experience creating visually engaging dashboards, reports, training materials, or process documentation that improve business understanding and tool adoption
