Lead the Technical Pre-Sales Process: Serve as the primary technical partner to Sales throughout the commercial lifecycle—from initial qualification through contract execution.
Develop robust energy storage models that quantify lifetime performance, degradation, efficiency, availability, and ROI.
Strengthen Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical due diligence requests with speed, accuracy, and credibility.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop application notes, white papers, case studies, and technical content that articulate differentiated value.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of progressive experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system design, applications engineering, integration, technical sales support, and service.
Strong working knowledge of secondary battery chemistries, degradation mechanisms, system architectures, and operational limitations across diverse duty cycles.
Familiarity with competitive energy storage products in the market and the ability to clearly articulate differentiated technical value.
