Manage the full lifecycle of software license compliance cases, from initial investigation to resolution.
Investigate and analyze case data to identify unlicensed software use and prepare clear, evidence-based reports.
Engage directly with businesses via phone, email, and video to discuss compliance issues and negotiate resolutions.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all case activities and communications in our CRM system.
Support operational needs with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Must be currently based in South America (this is a firm requirement).
Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
1+ years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, collections, or compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with professional confidence in handling B2B outreach via phone, email, and video calls.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
A self-motivated and highly organized individual comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
