Lead end-to-end implementation projects and ensure successful delivery
Facilitate discovery sessions and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Design scalable, thoughtful solution architectures aligned to business goals
Document and present solution designs for stakeholder approval
Oversee build activities and participate in hands-on configuration, as needed
Guide quality assurance and ensure high standards across deliverables
Lead client walkthroughs and support go-live activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in a client-facing (billable) consulting role (Salesforce partner or consulting firm environment strongly preferred), with the ability to lead both business and technical conversations
Hands-on experience architecting and delivering end-to-end Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions, including translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
Deep experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement implementations, such as: Journey Builder and cross-channel campaign orchestration
Email Studio, Automation Studio, and data extensions
Subscriber data modeling, segmentation, and lifecycle management
Integrations with external systems and/or core Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Demonstrated ability to own solution design from discovery through delivery, including architecture, documentation, and guiding build teams
Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, including data flows, audience segmentation, and activation strategies
Experience leading or contributing to multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced consulting environment
Solid technical aptitude, including comfort working across integrations, APIs, and marketing technology ecosystems
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
