Experience in operations, business management, project management, or related leadership roles
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Experience creating systems, workflows, and operational processes from the ground up
Proven ability to manage projects and multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience working directly with founders, executives, or small business leadership teams
Strong reporting, dashboarding, and KPI management experience
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working with AI tools and technology platforms to improve efficiency
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or paid media environments preferred
Familiarity with Meta advertising performance metrics is highly desirable
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with limited structure.
