Role Overview
- Maintain and troubleshoot underground blasting equipment (Hypercharge Drive Units and related systems);
- Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults;
- Provide practical, clear technical advice (on-site or remotely);
- Support customers during breakdowns and urgent situations;
- Conduct equipment checks and maintenance audits;
- Help install and commission new systems;
- Share knowledge and guide customers on safe and best use of equipment;
- Work safely and follow site and company standards.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in maintaining mobile or fixed plant equipment
- Practical skills in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and solve problems independently
- Confidence working on-site and managing your own workload
- Clear communication skills when supporting customers or teams
- A safety-first mindset and understanding of safe work practices.
- Bonus if you have: Underground or mining environment experience; Experience supporting customers or training others; Exposure to blasting, drilling, or similar equipment.
