About this role
Role Overview
- Develop, evolve and maintain high-availability, highly scalable backend applications;
- Build secure, high-performance solutions aligned with software engineering best practices;
- Participate in technical and architectural decisions, contributing to the continuous evolution of products;
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional squads in an agile environment;
- Ensure quality through automated testing, monitoring, and development best practices;
- Contribute to technical knowledge sharing and the growth of the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java 8+ and object-oriented programming (OOP);
- Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot and the Java ecosystem;
- Mastery of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices;
- Experience with microservices architecture;
- Development and consumption of REST APIs;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL;
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle;
- Experience with AWS environments (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and related services);
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ);
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar);
- Automated testing using JUnit, TDD, and quality best practices;
- Knowledge of Redis;
- Basic knowledge of application security and OWASP.
