Role Overview
- Develop and enhance backend applications using Java 21+;
- Participate in defining and evolving system and microservices architecture;
- Analyze technical solutions for new business requirements;
- Apply Clean Code principles, SOLID, and design patterns when building software;
- Actively participate in technical and functional refinements with the team;
- Propose and implement technical solutions for platform maintenance and evolution;
- Develop asynchronous integrations using messaging systems;
- Ensure software quality through automated tests and development best practices;
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, and application reliability;
- Work in a collaborative environment, following company standards, processes, and governance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem
- Experience with distributed architectures and microservices
- Knowledge of messaging and system integration
- Experience with modern development practices and software quality
