Manage, optimize, and execute ecommerce platforms and online consumer activations across all New Categories for the cluster.
Support online stores’ operations to drive sales growth, enhance consumer experience, and improve brand presence across multiple platforms.
Develop marketing initiatives and ensure consumer satisfaction.
Monitor e-commerce performance and recommend data-driven improvements across the consumer journey.
Implement platform improvements based on performance insights, user feedback, and business needs.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant deployment aligned with area guidelines and group standards.
Requirements
University degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; postgraduate studies are considered a plus.
Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in a globally matrixed environment.
Hands-on experience with digital platforms, e-commerce operations, and online channel strategy, with a consistent record of driving sales delivery.
Experience with CRM and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify+ will be considered a plus.
Knowledge of web analytics tools, SEO procedures, MS Office, and Power BI will be considered advantageous.
Strong cross-functional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and a commercial omnichannel perspective, with the ability to connect offline and online consumer journeys.
