Manage and supervise the Business Applications team and related daily operational activities
Assign, prioritize and monitor operational support activities, changes and enhancement requests within the team
Monitor operational workload, support delivery effectiveness and ticket backlog
Provide coaching, mentoring and functional guidance to Business Applications team members
Coordinate operational priorities with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors
Act as escalation point for critical business application issues and support activities
Oversee daily operational support activities for enterprise business applications including eQMS, LIMS, MES/OEE, Serialization platforms, CMMS, LabX, DocuSign and other business applications
Oversee operational monitoring and stability of application interfaces and related integration processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives across business applications and related business processes
Support business users regarding application-related operational processes and continuous improvement activities
Oversee business application projects, system implementations, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives according to business requirements and company procedures
Review and approve application change requests and operational project deliverables
Ensure application operational, support and change management activities are executed according to company procedures and applicable CSV requirements
Review of GMP-related application documentation and validation deliverables where applicable
Support internal and external audits related to computerized systems and application compliance activities
Oversee operational activities related to business application integrations and vendor-supported platforms, ensuring operational continuity and coordination with external vendors, integration partners and business stakeholders
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or relevant field
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business applications support, operations and project implementation activities
Minimum 2 years of experience in team coordination or people management roles
Experience working within regulated / GMP environments and Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) processes
Experience coordinating external vendors, application support partners and cross-functional operational activities
Experience supporting enterprise business applications related to Serialization, Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratory, or other business processes
Experience with system integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Very good communication and organizational skills
Very good command of English language.
