Represent Surgery within the territory, ensuring effective execution, planning, and identification of sales opportunities;
Support execution of the action plan by customer, sub-franchise, specialty, and channel, contributing to territory objectives, maintaining the installed base, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks;
Demonstrate proper product use and address and/or escalate technical or scientific questions to the appropriate teams;
Monitor and guide the use of materials in the operating room for both surgeons and nurses;
Present technical product proposals, highlighting technical differentiators and the cost–benefit relationships of our technologies;
Demonstrate sales productivity by planning a weekly routine, aiming to meet daily visit targets and entering high-quality information into sales tracking systems;
Work collaboratively with functional and support areas (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service), seeking alignment and support for plan execution in the territory;
Perform contract management activities, prepare proposals, and manage assets within accounts;
Comply with processes and procedures designated by J&J, adhering to all J&J Compliance rules;
Support pricing analyses, evaluating price and volume impact between different technologies according to department guidelines;
Support the development and monitoring of business plans for clients, under manager guidance, focused on territory opportunities and results;
Develop knowledge of value-based healthcare economics and support applying this understanding in opportunities and client discussions;
Use negotiation techniques to create and execute commercial proposals that deliver value to the customer;
Monitor account performance and the sales funnel, proposing actions for sustainable growth and customer retention;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field);
Knowledge of the hospital environment – PREFERRED;
