Lead, manage, and participate in nightly service routes that clean and service commercial kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans according to NFPA 96 standards
Supervise and train technicians while maintaining job quality and efficiency
Set the standard for professionalism, reliability, and communication for the night crew
Maintain consistent communication with company leadership regarding job progress/outcome, scheduling, and operational needs
Ensure job sites are properly set up, completed safely, and cleaned up
Manage warehouse organization, equipment readiness, and supply levels and maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
Oversee filter inventory and filter service logistics
Document service details and customer conditions
Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols
Solve problems on-site and communicate effectively with customers
Help maintain team accountability and performance standards
Requirements
Extremely reliable
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Experience leading a small crew
Strong communication skills and responsiveness with company leadership
Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments
Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet
Able to stand for 10 hours at a time
Able to work overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently
Hands-on mentality — willing to work alongside team
