Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cisco VoIP telecommunications analyst to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise voice and unified communications systems
Work closely with network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure voice communications across the organization
Perform and test routine system backups and restores
Educate employees on the proper use of information technology resources
Resolve and document issues via the IT support ticket tracking system and Help Desk calls
Escalate when necessary
Monitor information technology license compliance and report potential violations to supervisor
Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer
Requirements
BS degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical field
Must have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network support or a closely related area
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco VoIP and Unified Communications systems
Administer, troubleshoot, and support CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, UCCX, Cisco IM & Presence, and Cisco Expressway
Configure and troubleshoot protocols (SIP, SCCP, H.323) and voice gateways
