Initiate, develop and maintain personalized business relationships with current and prospective clients
Serve as the account manager, acting as the primary liaison between the business centre and its members and clients
Ensure correct use and regular updating of the products and services offered
Analyze sources of dissatisfaction and propose appropriate solutions
Identify and assess member and client needs, develop tailored solutions and prepare an integrated service offering
Negotiate relevant terms and conditions with members and clients
Recommend strategies and solutions to help the business centre meet its objectives
Use market intelligence to identify business development opportunities
Execute promotional activities as part of the centre’s business operations
Participate in targeted public relations activities and actively engage with the business community
Remain attentive to client and member needs to ensure complete satisfaction
