Role Overview
- Responsible for the overall P&L, managing large, complex categories
- Set, manage and execute the strategic direction for the category(s)
- Collaborate with Category Planner to develop category productivity targets
- Develop and achieve category quantitative plans including sales and promotions
- Cultivate and sustain vendor relationships for national branded products
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition or related Field
- 5-7+ years in a progressive retail or CPG merchandising career
- Strong vendor partner with strong negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical rigor
- Passion for the health and wellness industry
