Determine the development strategy for the offering, aligned with market evolution and in collaboration with our experts and management
Conduct strategic market intelligence: key players and long-term trends
Identify possible synergies with the firm’s technology, sector or functional practices and determine the resources required to develop the offering
Manage the offering’s performance, both on the business side (prospecting, pre-sales, revenue) and operational side (smooth execution of engagements, client satisfaction, etc.)
Drive business development
Define the business development plan in coordination with sales teams and sparring partners for our key accounts
Identify new opportunities and lead pre-sales meetings
Lead responses to RFPs, leveraging your expertise to make a difference
Support international offices in their local development on these topics
Act as a Thought Leader: raise Wavestone’s profile on the offering topic through speaking at client or partner events and on social media
Requirements
You have developed extensive professional experience in consulting on IT cost management topics
You have led major projects on these topics within large, complex organizations
You have a track record of success in business development and/or sales
You are able to unite and upskill our team members around initiatives
You are fluent in English in a professional context
You are willing to travel within Europe and internationally for business
