Prioritize and manage program deliverables by implementing guideline development processes
Review and edit documents for completeness, adherence to methods and program scope
Perform systematic literature searches and educate committee members on methodology
Document and report unintended variation or inconsistent quality for potential process improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in health science, public health, or a related field
3-6 years of experience in guideline development or evidence assessment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs, versions, and deadlines
Familiarity with established guideline tools and standards (e.g., NAM Trustworthy Guidelines, PRISMA, AGREE, GRADE)
Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
