Requirements
At least 3 years in the BPO industry
Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
Appointment setting background and other similar roles is a PLUS
Preferably with a background in Customer Service
Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, excellent noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
