Field Services Logistics – Mobile Coordinator

Role Overview

• Support coordination of technician logistics, including travel planning for Field Services teams
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports that support Mobile and Field Services technician
• Track and manage key field inputs and Mobile project requirements
• Support Mobile operations by coordinating project surveys
• Support monthly credit card reconciliations and expense approvals
• Provide operational support to technicians
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new technicians

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years office experience required
• Detail oriented
• Highly proficient in Word & Excel
• Customer oriented, self-motivated, dependable and highly organized
• Previous personal travel or travel coordinating experience a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing team environment
