About this role
Role Overview
Design and develop end-to-end solutions that integrate multiple products, technologies, and services.
Collaborate with sales to define commercial strategies and processes for Digital Solutions offerings.
Translate customer business needs into actionable technical and commercial requirements.
Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor during solution identification, proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
Maintain post-sales relationships to identify expansion opportunities and new use cases.
Prepare comprehensive proposals, including pricing models, cost structures, and contractual elements.
Support sales efforts by aligning technical solutions with customer value and business outcomes.
Partner with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
Lead development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate solution value and accelerate adoption.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading product, solution, or technical architecture initiatives involving systems integration and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and end-to-end solution development.
Deep understanding of the electric utility industry, including communication architectures, standards, and smart grid technologies.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical documentation processes.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
