Prepare and deliver teaching sequences in coordination with the E2A pedagogical team and the existing materials
Differentiate personalized support sessions according to each learner's needs
Design training programs and develop pedagogical tools adapted to the occupation being trained for
Participate in implementing innovative and/or digital pedagogical solutions
Assess learners' work during teaching sequences
Participate in evaluations and examinations
Be actively involved and contribute proposals for the development of E2A and APP
Ensure communication and exchanges between the training center, the company and the family
Contribute to the promotion of the institution and the trades of the crafts sector

You hold at least a Bachelor's degree (Level 6) or a Master MEEF or equivalent (Level 7)
You will teach at qualification levels IV (Bac Pro and BP) and III (CAP)
You are willing to support and train apprentices in basic skills, including working with learners with disabilities
Some travel is required
