Enhancing the delivery of the most complex and interesting projects through project planning to the very highest standards.
Devise strategies and tactics to improve the way the project is delivered.
Translate knowledge into a logic-linked plan and analyze it using planning software.
Report and inform to stakeholders at all levels.

A construction engineering background: You have at least 2+ years of experience on construction projects, experience in project planning both software and principles, as well as decent Excel skills, and a strong interest in data
Communication skills: You’re proficient in written and verbal English and have the charisma and influence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach
Leadership capabilities: You lead yourself proactively and lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them
Impact: You have a track record of making projects and organisations better beyond just doing the basics – implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that had a significant positive impact
