About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and statutory obligations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, treasury operations, and capital allocation
- Lead the Group's crypto treasury activities, including digital asset holdings, wallet infrastructure, crypto payment flows, and fiat conversion processes
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management procedures
- Work closely with payments, legal, compliance, and operational teams to support business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive financial process improvements, automation initiatives, and finance team development
- Support corporate structuring, expansion projects, acquisitions, and strategic investments
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management or C-level roles
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction financial operations
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury management, financial controls, and regulatory compliance
- Previous exposure to iGaming, online betting, payments, fintech, crypto, or digital assets is highly desirable
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Experience presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders
