- Own Cachet's market research function
- Lead internal analytics and business intelligence
- Support CEO ahead of board meetings
- Own company-wide OKR process
- Deliver strategic initiatives spanning cross-function
- Maintain a live view of in-flight projects
- Run leadership team's operating rhythm & process
- Own internal communications framework
- Plan and run company all-hands with the CEO
Requirements
- 3+ years in a strategy, management consulting, chief of staff, or operations role
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proven track record owning cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable designing and running operating frameworks such as OKRs
- Excellent judgement and discretion
- Confident operating in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
