Role Overview
- Lead technical teams on Power Platform development projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Define solution architectures and ensure development best practices.
- Implement solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder, integrating generative AI capabilities.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high-quality deliveries.
- Promote the team's technical growth and support members in obtaining certifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform projects.
- Proven experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferably PL-600, PL-400, AI-102).
- Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.
