Role Overview
- Help clients identify problems and refine solutions to leverage capability
- Facilitate conversations with clients to understand root causes of their problems
- Produce documentation for clients and the wider Kraken team
- Drive and participate in discussions to solve client issues
- Be a leader in delivery teams and a critical role in delivering the roadmap
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams at Kraken
Requirements
- Experience working in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers
- Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to produce well articulated written documentation for clients
- Comfortable verifying, testing, and demonstrating functionality to clients
- Proficient in tools like SQL and Kraken APIs
