Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships for subsea valves and critical components
Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs)
Structure agreements to include pricing mechanisms, capacity commitments, lead-time guarantees, quality expectations
Drive collaborative supplier engagement models
Maintain governance of LTAs, including performance tracking and compliance monitoring
Own relationships with key valve and machining suppliers globally
Lead supplier selection, qualification, and audits
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance management
Negotiate pricing, LTAs, framework agreements, and project-specific contracts
Deliver year-on-year cost savings and productivity targets
Manage budget adherence and cost forecasting

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Sourcing)
Strategic sourcing & category management
Commercial acumen and contract negotiation
