Support the design and delivery of onboarding and enablement programs, including product training components, best practice, and real-world application.
Build and manage learning journeys within the learning platform (LMS/LXP), ensuring content is structured, accessible, and reusable.
Support rollout and coordination of onboarding programs and enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Enablement to support the delivery and continuous improvement of product training experiences.
Develop a strong understanding of the product and confidently explain key workflows and use cases.
Translate product and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly learning experiences.
Create and maintain enablement assets such as guides, tutorials, playbooks, and templates.
Support live sessions and workshops where appropriate, while prioritizing scalable, self-service learning approaches.
Track engagement and support measurement of onboarding and enablement effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience designing, delivering, or supporting onboarding, product training, or software training programs
Exposure to designing structured learning or onboarding journeys (with support)
Strong interest or experience in using learning technology (LMS/LXP)
Background in Learning & Development, Enablement, customer-facing roles, or software/technical training
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, systems, and workflows
Strong organisational and program support skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance learning and productivity
