About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for servicing and installing professional Philips healthcare ‘Patient Monitoring’ equipment
Maximize customer satisfaction
Participate in the Remote Support Desk team
Install Philips Healthcare (PH) Patient Monitoring equipment according to standards
Integrate patient monitoring equipment in clinical networks as a consultant
Set up connection towards 3rd party systems like Hospital Information Systems
Perform corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot Hard/Software / IT infrastructure to ensure quality of service
Submit timely and accurate service data and reports
Provide feedback and recommendations to commercial colleagues and management
Requirements
Bachelor in ICT engineering
ICT experience (MS Operating systems Windows 11 & Server 2022/2025, SQL, AV, OS Patching, security certificates)
Knowledge of and experience with local (WIFI) networks
Basic knowledge of virtualization & HL7 is desirable
Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems
Experience of Healthcare IT is desirable
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems
Preferably demonstrable relevant experience in patient monitoring equipment
Fluent in Dutch, fluent in French, fluent in English
