Manage incoming requests and coordinate event-related activities
Prepare commercial proposals: draft quotes and contracts, negotiate and convert bookings
Oversee administrative and financial follow-up of files through to invoicing
Coordinate confirmed events in collaboration with operational teams across multiple properties
Organize and conduct client site visits, inspections and presentations of the hotel offering
Drive business development and manage sales activity
Monitor and analyze sales performance: reporting, update tracking tools and maintain client databases
Conduct active competitive intelligence and contribute to commercial strategy and revenue growth

Degree in business, hospitality/tourism or events management
3–5+ years proven experience in a sales role, ideally within hospitality or events
Strong knowledge of Group, MICE and Leisure market segments
Full professional proficiency in French and English
Good command of office software; knowledge of Opera is a plus
