About this role
Role Overview
- Provide world-class customer service
- Shuttle customers to their destination in Silver Lake Auto provided vehicle
- Pick up and deliver parts as needed
- Wash vehicles, wipe down interior surfaces, and vacuum
- Ensure customer vehicles are clean and ready for delivery or pick-up
- Monitor and communicate loaner car service needs
- Help maintain the facility’s professional appearance and hospitality
- Stocking and organizing inventory supplies
Requirements
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Utilize company-provided safety equipment and follow safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance
- Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence
- Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching
