Perform quality reviews in the business unit being supported (e.g. Finance/Human Resources/IT), including risk assessment, QA check and independent root cause analysis.
Assist with process improvement initiatives; drive individual projects in either process end-to-end review or process automation.
Awareness and understanding of OE Strategy
Understanding of continuous improvement project pipeline and the priorities agreed with the business
QA checks in line with appropriate audit standards
Active contribution ensuring quality audit processes are leading to the implementation of best practice in the process area (i.e.: Finance, HR...)
End-to-end process review or process automation projects are documented and managed as per company guidelines and policies (including governance and sign off processes)
Build and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with management and staff of the areas of assigned work, to understand their needs during the assignment process
Assist with reviewing reliability and integrity of financial, operating and management information
Evaluate compliance with Acts, policies and procedures
Identify issues and provide recommendations in the area of assigned work that are relevant, commercial and sound
Provide and ensure the delivery of high quality customer service
Participate in process / performance review meetings or calls
Lead RCA and Calibration session with stakeholders
Adhere to company templates, build new tools (trackers and templates) in accordance with the company policy
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2 years relevant experience
Well-developed analytical skills and data analysis
Excellent use of desktop data applications, mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Ability to work independently, with limited guidance; Problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details
Fundamental knowledge of quality auditing standards, governance frameworks and risk assessment practices and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage and report on the evaluation of various business processes /areas/functions.
Awareness of Quality tools and techniques
Fundamental knowledge of Operational Excellence tools (SIPOCs, HLPM...)
Business process knowledge in business unit being supported (e.g. Finance/ Human Resources/ IT)
Bachelor’s degree on any Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and related courses to the business being supported an advantage
Certified Human Resources Professional an advantage
