About this role
Role Overview
- First point of contact for the entire CABAIA organization (headquarters and retail)
- Receive and resolve level-1 tickets via Jira
- Help update and optimize IT documentation
- Desktop/workstation administration (headquarters & retail)
- Manage retail device inventory: Chromebooks, iPads, Android terminals
- Coordinate with external vendors for on-site/physical interventions outside the software scope
- Monitor the network
- Write and update runbooks
Requirements
- Some prior experience in IT support or systems administration
- Exposure to a SaaS or cloud environment
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify or equivalents
- Knowledge of Shopify from a user/interface perspective and/or basic knowledge of Python or Bash
