Directly manage the Project Management team for designated region or service.
Collaboratively work with Directors of Construction and Field Supervision to plan and execute projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
Lead a weekly meeting with Directors of Construction to identify, discuss, and solve issues related to estimating, project management, and field operations.
Act as the Fessler & Bowman Inc. spokesperson for elevated project issues.
Ensure that there is a consistent level of performance among the team that meets and exceeds clients' expectations.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience.
At least ten (10) years of project management experience.
Experience with leading or mentoring a team.
Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.
