Responsible for the overall management of software solution deployments, with dual accountability for operational performance and financial performance.
Lead and develop a team of project managers and deployment coordinators.
Structure the organization, manage resource planning and optimize resource allocation.
Define clear objectives and monitor collective performance.
Manage a portfolio of client projects, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
Track budgets, invoicing, revenue and project profitability.
Ensure the quality of deliverables, respect for deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in project management, computer science, information systems or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or software delivery, including several years of team management
Strong technical expertise (SaaS environments, integration, configuration, information systems) combined with a solid business orientation
Proficient in managing complex projects and associated methodologies
Recognized for leadership, the ability to structure an organization and to unite teams around demanding goals
Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally with local authorities or public sector clients.
