Role Overview
- Become ALB's local representative in your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unconventional accommodations, etc.).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Flexibility: Organize your schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your willingness to learn and a commitment to doing the job well.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
