About this role
Role Overview
- Your primary purpose is to develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Automotive customers in North America.
- Customer Growth: Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities while ensuring operational excellence
- Customer Retention: Safeguard and maintain existing business across all geographies
- Customer Relationships: Build and expand senior-level relationships across regions and business units
- Negotiations: Lead and coordinate contract negotiations and major commercial opportunities
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, BD leaders) to ensure alignment and execution
- Ensure consistency of the CEVA customer experience globally
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, including growth targets and relationship management
- Provide regular updates, reports, and executive briefings, including to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong experience in logistics and multinational environments
- 10+ years of experience in international supply chain and logistics
- 5+ years in key account leadership roles
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations
- Experience managing global networks and virtual teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and global commerce
- Advanced negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management at executive level
- High level of cultural awareness and international exposure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
