Role Overview
Your mission: implement Go-to-Market solutions: develop and implement sales automations for B2B clients
Email outbound campaigns: automated campaigns designed for maximum conversion
CRM lead scoring: Clay integration and intelligent scoring models to prioritize leads
AI prompting: continuously prompt AI, build agents, and integrate them into processes
Direct client contact: project management via Notion
Build a company wiki: process development and documentation for future team members
Requirements
RevOps expertise: 1–2 years of Revenue Operations experience (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops)
Tool mastery: HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Lemlist, Make/Zapier, n8n, relevance ai
Analytical mindset: lead scoring, attribution, funnel analysis, and forecasting
Cross-functional: experience at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Growth mentality: hunger to scale — you want more than just optimizing a tech stack and aim to grow personally and financially
Consulting affinity: enthusiasm for strategic consulting combined with hands-on execution
Leadership ambitions: desire to build and lead a RevOps team
AI curiosity: interest in integrating AI into revenue processes
Personality: high-performance — willing to give 110% when it comes to growth
Proactive: tackle challenges directly rather than escalate them
