Cultivate, leverage, and sustain key executive relationships across the enterprise to foster deep collaboration and break down silos.
Own, enhance, and execute internal and external reporting processes, ensuring flawless documentation that aligns with complex regulatory and internal expectations.
Map and adjust localized business processes to seamlessly align with overarching Capital One corporate requirements and risk frameworks.
Author, review, and continuously refine critical governance documents, including policies, standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Design and optimize risk management processes, tools, templates, and job aids.
Craft and deliver high-impact presentations to train and guide teams on risk methodology usage.
Partner effectively with specialized teams across the enterprise—to achieve unified risk objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
At least 2 years of experience in project or process management (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience leading organizational change management (preferred)
