Role Overview
- Independently handle customer inquiries
- Provide technical and commercial customer consultation and support
- Develop cost-optimal technical solutions
- Plan projects and prepare quotations for drive technology solutions in cooperation with the field sales team and customers
- Follow up on quotations, key orders and projects, and clarify deadlines
- Support colleagues in field sales
Requirements
- HTL (Higher Technical Institute) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in electrical and mechanical drive technology is an advantage
- Enjoy interacting with customers is essential
- Strong customer orientation as well as team and communication skills
- Basic commercial knowledge and good English skills
- Good IT skills
