They are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven business development associate to enhance their position as a premier Oracle technology implementation partner by building trust with Oracle sales teams and creating strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, and expand strong relationships with Oracle Applications sales teams across regions and verticals
- Serve as the primary liaison between your firm and Oracle’s field sales, solution engineering, and partner management organizations
- Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle’s go‑to‑market priorities, product roadmap, and sales motions to align our firms’ offerings accordingly
- Proactively drive net‑new meetings between Oracle sellers and our solution experts
- Identify and pursue joint account strategies that position our firm as the preferred implementation partner
- Track, manage, and report on pipeline sourced through Oracle channel activity
- Communicate our firm’s value proposition clearly and compellingly to Oracle stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded materials, success stories, and enablement content tailored for Oracle’s sales teams
- Potentially represent the firm at Oracle events, partner summits, and industry conferences
- Work closely with internal delivery, sales, and executive teams to shape proposals and ensure alignment with Oracle’s expectations
- Support joint pursuit strategies, including account planning, opportunity qualification, and solution positioning
- Facilitate introductions, coordinate follow‑ups, and ensure momentum throughout the sales cycle
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of business development or channel sales experience within the Oracle Applications ecosystem (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or industry clouds)
- Proven track record of generating meetings, influencing pipeline, and driving revenue through Oracle or similar enterprise software channels
- Strong understanding of Oracle's partner programs, sales structure, and cloud application portfolio
- Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
